Exciting Hiring Update & Interview Schedule

We’re currently hiring 51 new team members for a class starting on December 1st. I’ll be hosting walk-in interviews every Tuesday and Thursday from November 4th through the 20th from 9am-4pm. If someone cannot make the open interviews, they can email me at Brandywatson@provalus.com to set up an interview. 

Provalus is actively hiring entry-level and experienced Customer Service Analysts to support data entry, inbound/ outbound call, & customer support/ experience activities. Main responsibilities will include transcribing customer information, answering questions from customers professionally, and responding to customer inquiries.

Responsibilities include:

· Researching required information using available resources.

· Handling and resolving customer complaints regarding product sales to customer service problems.

· Providing customers with the organization’s service and product information.

· Processing forms, orders, and applications requested by the customers.

· Identifying, escalating priority issues and reporting to the high-level management.

· Routing inbound calls to the appropriate resources.

· Following up complicated customer calls where required.

· Completing call notes and call reports as necessary and updating them in the CRM.

· Obtaining and evaluating all relevant data to handle complaints and inquiries.

· Recording details of comments, inquiries, complaints, and actions taken.

· Managing administration, communicating and coordinating with internal departments.

· Other duties as assigned.

Role Requirements include:

· Ability to work onsite at the Provalus North Wilkesboro, NC office. No remote positions available at this time.

· Excellent communication skills, including verbal and written communication.

· Ability to work with others in a team environment

· Good computer and multi-tasking skills.

· Competency in related computer applications.

· Ability to react effectively and calmly in stressful situations.
